For those wondering why there's not more public memory cheats, it's not a viable business model.
There's plenty of software cheats that work just fine, but again they'd be targeted legally.
As usual, you never know what you're buying, so be careful.

I'd especially be weary of most of these hardware cheats.
I have seen many devs that can't make an undetected cheat, only to go and paste a usermode source and have the customer buy hardware the dev didn't make.

Everybody with a brain knows that at least half of these hardware cheats are just ****** devs who can't make an undetected product, throwing together the client and telling people to buy x hardware with it.

or one of those Tarkov cheats that have to rely on hardware to bypass Battleye of all anti-cheats, yet still write to half of the player struct (I'm hoping you're smart enough to see the irony there).

Your entire product could be replicated by anybody with access to the internet.

It's not hard to stay undetected even on Valorant when you are never being targeted by Vanugard employees. This is how you can tell if someone is making a dent on their game with their cheat and frankly this comes down to 3 things;

1. Your cheat is so trash that they don't see it as a threat.
2. You're advertising is trash so they can't even find you.
3. You're basically irrelevant in their eyes.

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying you're a bad developer, but flexing UD when you have low customer base is like flexing money you won by gambling..
