Is AridekVM legit?

Any AridekVM user here? Can you guys share few experiences while using it? I've a MSI b660m mortar wifi, will AridekVM work on it cuz I used other providers before then they stopped support Mortar mobo at the same time and they said spoofer wont work on my mobo anymore.
I was wondering about temp spoof, saw that you can switch back to OG HWID anytime, am I need to format PC to unspoof it or just a restart, re-install windows? I dont like perm spoof cuz few apps on my PC wont match with it or maybe can't even install after spoof (last year stuck with woofer for unwoof with a broken HWID and they just ignore my ticket for like 3months lol).
Is AridekVM need flash Bios to spoof? I saw its a No on first page, but few vouch said you need flash Bios to work? (Its fine for me tho, I did flash Bios with other providers before, but need to know it more clearly).
And about refund policy, do AridekVM really give you 100% refund if spoof doesnt work? Cuz I saw few posts, comments that users were asking for refund but devs just ignored them even in their own post.
I want to ask them directly but I can't create a ticket, always full, what if I need support and ticket is stuck for like weeks/month?
Sorry for too many dumb questions, but after stuck with few "best" spoofer before Im kinda scare now.

It is never wrong to ask lots of questions sir, you can always head to their DC and ask them all that, after all they would know better than most users out here as it is their software.
If you are willing to opt for someone else then u can always check my signature and we can take a look if it will work on urs or not.

I want to ask devs team ofc, but the thing is I was waited few days and their ticket always full. I dont like perm spoof, after bad experience with woofer I dont want to perm spoof anymore. Thats why Im looking for new tempspoof that I can back to my OG HWID anytime I want.

Well, if their support is an issue, look for any other provider.

We are over loaded every day, we are working to recruit experienced people. We will open a platform through a separate app for communication, download and support soon.

Taking the opportunity to answer your thread, yes we have support for MSI B660M Mortar, as it is a motherboard with architecture for the new intel processors, it may require more attention from support to unlock.

i use the perm spoof but it goes away after you reinstall windows so if you need to claim warranty on your computer or whatever you should be sweet. temp should work fine but never used myself

ayo which mean the perm spoof is kinda like temp for current state, after re-install windows the HWID will back to og HWID right? that sound perfect for me

Doesn't work for me on Valorant, just purchased yesterday. Instantly banned after formatting, updating bios, and running permanent "spoofer".

Can you please open a ticket on the server and let us know your key to check on this. There is no possibility that you could have gotten a broken HWID with an unwoof, if you did not have woofer, unwoofer wouldn't run.

If you had a ticket with us the past 20 days, please let me know the ticket number with us to check what exactly escalated a bad experience for you. We do not wish for any of our customers to leave our server with any form of bad experience, so if you would let us know what exactly happened?

thank but it was last year:
I unwoofed > error > open a ticket > Georgee rep my ticket and said it need to wait for admin, only admin can solve it > woofer discord sv got deleted right after that few days > joined new server and new ticket again > same answer, was waited for like 2 months, asked the status few times to avoid ticke close, then supporter just ignored my ticket after that. Mention, dms discord, doesnt work at all. Btw my key got deleted after unwoof, unwoof error5 or something like that if I remember correctly. And woofer discord got deleted few more times I think, cuz I no longer find woofer sv in my list after few months, I didnt leave sv tho, I even complain this with my friend

yes exactly, only thing is it can be incompatible with some cheats but if you plan on playing legit then ardkiek is perfect
