They cant ban everyone who have detect cheat or wont have any post here
But for scams, just report with a proof and they gonna ban the scammer profile

selling something as "undetected since release" and then you get banned after 1 game it's a sc4m.

btw I got banned for reporting a sc4mmer by Luke so take your own conclusions about this trading website

I bet Admins are sc4mmers as well, why dont ban domo for selling random cracked accounts while TBM rules say that you can't? just an example
