New build, same peripherals, will I still get banned?

Imagine a warn signal, rioter hold the mouse on that signal and say you have peripherals banned and which one, not enought for ban you just by that, but they can use to review you and if you are cheating even with UD cheat and your stats is a little sus or they see your replay and you had a sus play, you gonna get banned
This is flagged, have different tiers of flag

Same for Old HWID Banneds and now Unbanned
Account used on hwid that got banned later (boosted by cheater )
Shared account
Hacked account ( new ip geolocation pw etc)
Account with a lot of reports
Computer with tpm off

And some more, ofc with different tiers

okay so when i played legit i was around asc2 peak, if i were to switch to the new pc with all my stuff and never touched a cheat do u think i would be alright? ive also purchased my friends account that has tons of playtime and lots of skins.

If you used the account on hwid banned computer, no can take a delay ban
Easier if you tried to spoof

But if it was on New computer and you dont want to use cheats anymore yea its all good, and if get ban its also ez to appel saying you got hacked due the different owner and ip/pw change
