Deal with Caution woofer
Opening this thread on behalf of many people who are getting removed/banned/ignored by woofer and his team.
Alot of people are waiting for weeks to get support and a single reply from woofer, me included.
Dude is ignoring all his tickets, and cant be bothered to help out existing customers.
People who left negative reps and complaints in his DC had their messages deleted and kicked/banned.
I am waiting to get a single response from him. Staff keeps on using a bot to send message saying a moderator will be with you soon.
There is no public chat for the same, just cause people cant complain and ruin his sales. No announcement made, and cannot read announcement chat history.
If you want to buy, then expect no support to help you out soon. Dont even know if they will answer after days or no.
Really pathetic and poor service. If this continues, then staff please take his thread down.
(I have purchased woofer keys 4 times, so do not remove my post saying there is no trade verified stuff, people buy directly from his site, tickets. They cant be bothered at all to send trade offer and wait for that. So please dont use that excuse to delete this thread lmao)

We are no longer banning anyone for trolling on the server and unbanned everyone that have been banned in the previous server.

Tickets are majorly taken care of by mods, I have currently 10 mods in the server who take your situation seriously. If a ticket requires my actions mods know that they have to rename the ticket to urgent and It will be at the top of the lists and I will address sooner.

Mods have been doubled from last server and I am one of them assisting customers daily. We do not ignore a single ticket because all mods know, if a ticket is not responded for more than 24 hours, ALL MODS hourly pay will get deducted regardless.

We had public chat, but people are continuously promoting cheats and malware that we had to turn off. Once we have active mods that can monitor chat properly, we will reopen it again. This is a new server from 1 week ago, obviously all announcements are in the previous banned server..

Well that is just your opinion and you are not addressing any issues woofer has, we do provide support and we provide it almost immediately now. Your case is most likely an experience you had when woofer was slow or maybe you have violated woofer rules and cannot rewoof so you come here lashing on us and spreading lies. We do offer support on the Support server and we will reply to you between a couple of minutes to 24 hours.

Well this tells me you are not even reading woofer instructions. Woofer has free rewoofs that means you can rewoof for free every 3 days, you buying 4 keys means you do not even know what rewoofs are which means you are failing at reading woofer instructions. In regards to your 4 keys, provide them all in a ticket in our server, once we verify all belong to the same pc and are happening within a short time frame, I will refund all 3 keys, however it will not be acceptable if you violated the rewoof rules.

I have not violated any rules, and you may not remember me, but I have bought 4 woofers till now, 2 were for my laptop, first time woofer, which didnt work, so i bought for woofer x which also didnt work, after which you told me you would refund, but failed to do so, which I just ignored, cause I asked you 3-4 times for the refund, but nothing happened.
Other 2 are for my PC, one normal woof, after which i purchased woofer plus, cause i didnt want to wait for the duration between rewoofs. (i believe it was 3 days)
I opened ticket, cause I do not have my new rewoof keys from the woofer plus. And when i use my first original woofer plus key, it says Im using a new pc. So i opened a ticket. Doesnt work even if i clear cache, so clearly I need your support, not the mods. But no mod seems to answer.

And Im not asking you to refund. All I want is you to fix error #1 which says im using a different pc when I am not. May be cause i used the original key i got in purchase receipt, and not the latest rewoof key i used on it. took me over 5 days to get an answer even after speaking to a bunch of moderators. My problem was not helped, ended up unwoofing and leaving

My two cents:
The first quoted remark is completely understandable
The second remark seems like a taunt
The last rubs me the wrong way.
A clear case of a user being oblivious to the clear set out instructions.
I never weigh in on whether products I haven't used are a sham or not, however I can say from dev experience, that spoofing isn't an easy task, I saw one of the ACPD videos taunting Woofer over their recent (a few months back) banwave that affected users.
So it's clear some misunderstanding may have taken place here but as for the legitimacy of Woofer, I cannot comment.

I've been waiting over 3 days for a response just to get a HWID change as my respoof messed up. Ticket number 2528 if you have a second i'd love some assistance! Spoof was working for months before a few days so im not sure why people are hating on your product so much before hand.
