TLDR: Currently even with the manual review they don't detect. Under intensive manual review, it is possible, but then if they are looking that hard because you are so blatant you are probably getting banned anyways. Also, Riot will not throw away valuable resources on something like this unless it has good reason to do so (Pro Tourneys, Radiant Top 10?, Etc.)

Very little has effectively changed. We've now reached a stage where even their manual reviews can no longer do anything against our best firmware and they only block (not ban) our budget firmware. Faceit is much worse than Vanguard (nearly incompetent). However, because Faceit is a smaller platform, they are less concerned about false bans and have consequently blocked or banned uncommon device IDs, which means even legitimate devices can result in a ban.
Our expensive firmware option is compatible with all anti-cheats and has never had an issue. Our budget firmware for Vanguard/Faceit tends to get blocked once in a while.
As for other ACs, we've never had an issue.

+rep, These guys know what they are doing. Bought fw and they got it to work for my ZDMA which a lot of devs struggle with, never gave up on me and delivered fast. Big vouch. Firmware working on Valorant as of 12/4/24. Have no issues in any EAC or BE game either.
