After long process, their woofer does not work. I had to reset my PC and resend them multiple pictures and files. Then they wanted proof of payment 3 times in a row when the info I gave them is already there 3 times.... After I asked twice about a refund if it does not work they replied they would but kept having me do more tests. Now, the discord is gone and they closed me out of my case. W/e they tell you in here I would not trust.
I got the same issue. I bought form them directly though. It was a bunch of running around then ghosted.

i have contacted their support before i buy it to confirm that it is working for dayz, support responded instantly, but i had some trouble buying it from them directly so i bought it from a reseller of them, did everystep by the book even messaged some of them to confirm each step before doing so but none of them replied, so i tried it and it did not work, i asked for a refund NOOOO,

another admin of them contacted me and finally admitted that i am Eligible for the refund according to their policy but nope i still wont get the refund.
since i bought it form a reseller, if i had bought it from them directly i would have my money back.
Excuses Excuses all the way the most important thing is late replies and dont give people their money back
Even their discord is filled with Vouches channel that you cant even message in until they give you permission to do so
I have contacted my support team and looked up the server for the ticket you proclaimed you have regarding DayZ but that never happened, not even mentioned in the provided proof ticket. if you have evidence of that please share.
The support team did everything correctly. When we determine woofer key have been used and you report to us your getting banned, we need to check the traces to determine what happened to make it not work, if its not compatible we do refund, if its compatible but you still getting banned on our watch you get a refund. My admin told you that your not supposed to reset windows after woofer, you haven't been following instructions so we requested you to do it again on our watch, otherwise requests of a refund with no valid reason that is against our refund policy will result in no refunds until we determine the issue.
Again, you putting bad faith in our name when we clearly gave you simple instructions to follow as well as the refund policy in plain sight.

I believe if you check your dms the first time you enter the server we clearly said we had a pervious discord server termination not so long ago, so it will eventually happen again. You were never banned or kicked, simply discord decided to close our server because of what we do related to game cheating.
On another note, the images you provided do not show on my system, would you mind sharing them via imgur so I can have a look regarding your tickets in the previous banned server?

Nah i did follow instructions perfectly and i even asked one of your admins midway the process to confirm but he didnt reply, after i woofed correctly according to ur steps i had doubts since my HWID was not changed whilst checking with wmic diskdrive get serialnumber command
i even told him so afterwards but he didnt reply so i started the game, got banned again, tired of all the spoofers Formatted the whole drive to make this RAID0 thing work then asked for a refund
Turns out i need to send a support file WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN ANY POLICY btw and now your forcing me to get banned again trying your (not working product) in order for me to convince you that your product is not working as advertised?

I never said i created a ticket to ask if it will work or not i directly contacted an admin and i have attached the conversation below
like i said i made the big mistake of my life and cheated on my main account which got my main HWID flagged so i wanted to permanently close that door forever, i stopped cheating years ago and no spoofers were on my pc except yours.
Thats why i did this RAID0 when everything failed me
absolutely terrible experience with woofer support. bought the spoofer and ran it on my system but my key got locked so i asked support for assistance. they claimed that my key was used on an MSI motherboard despite mine being an ASRock which i don't even know how that's possible. Waste of 30 ******* dollars, then to have the nerve to tell me to buy a new key is outrageous.
I used this once a couple years ago and it was fine, tried to sign up for a new key on my new PC and their loader just failed immediately. I opened a ticket which they ignored for 12+ hours then suddenly i'm not in the discord anymore. My pc isn't mentioned in their list of unsupported brands so I'm not sure why they just kicked me from their discord. I even provided screenshots of the errors. buy this **** if you want to get scammed for $30. or maybe just get chickfila instead.

Used it before, and it worked fine, come years later to try it out again, on a different pc on a time when we got banned on discord, and suddenly called us scammers? Please have patience, you probably opened a ticket at a time when mods/supports werent even online. They only can check your ticket when they are online.

Yes I have reported to them and they fixed the problem within an hour, got banned after 15 minutes of playing after following after the steps to tiny detail. Would like to issue a refund, I will see how it goes.
