When I saw that it wasn't working, I just created ticket, idk the support person or anyone, but the Miller ringleaders stated that it would not work on his virtual server and said he would return it, it has been 10 days and still no refund. They don't even respond as if they are kidding, a filthy service, we have been patient for 10 days, but from now on, I will write this nonsense wherever you exist.
Also, as far as I can see, they make all their customers wait at least 15-20 days for a refund. You will immediately return the payment you received with crypto, you cannot eat my money by waiting, there is no such morality, there is no working principle.

We are not thief's, or scammers, you will get a refund eventually, however when is the question, as long as u keep this behavior that is against our refund policy like in the picture, you will not get a refund.
We do not like people who purchase our software by mistake for an unknown game and an unknown device and put our name in bad faith for no reason. Its fair to us to represent that in the refund policy to keep a mutual understanding between the seller and the customer.

If you browse this thread, you will find a couple of posts from me; in those two posts, I was actually bashing Woofer for the same reason: it was not working anymore (but I always made sure to point out that it used to work in the past).
But here’s the thing: after messing around for a while, after trying it lots of times, after getting my key reseted by Woofer’s support countless times, I, myself, found out that Woofer would work again if I formatted my main drive / reinstalled Windows from scratch without keeping files.
It sucked that I had to find this out myself, but support was always there for me (even if it took them a while to reply). Anyway, I was able to reach out to Woofer himself and ever since he changed his instructions on Woofer’s website to ask customers to format / reset Windows before starting the spoofing process. I have never had issues again doing so.
If it is still not working for you, then maybe your hardware is incompatible (in which case Woofer will always refund you). Unlike 99% of the “developers” and providers here, Woofer actually cares about their customers and is ready to face constructive criticism. But rest assured that you are not helping anyone here (including yourself) when you say you can use Woofer for whatever you want. It’s not for nothing that they list which games / programs are compatible. Each anti-cheat out there has its own mechanics and will check for different things on your computer, so Woofer might work flawlessly for a game and not help at all with others.
Stay humble, talk to him in a polite manner and I’m sure both of you will come to an agreement sooner than later. Woofer is the best.
Ps: Woofer is so great that he’s also the only spoofing provider that doesn’t bash competition to sell his product (and trust me when I say this once more: it’s still working and kicking ass. I’d pay 10 times more for Woofer simply so I don’t have to format all my disks as every other spoofer on the market requires you to do).
I recommend this woofer product, for the admin and support to handle me so quickly and well. I asked for a refund and my funds have been returned. For those of you who have been hit by a ban, you can buy a woofer right away

This sucks for sure, but you gotta see it from their POV too and realize they have almost 500 tickets each day. That being said, they think it will be counterproductive to answer tickets opened by offline customers - thus why they ask you to message them...

As of now, YES.
Woofer requires you to reset / reinstall Windows without keeping files.
However, note that Woofer is still the best option out there since it will require only a Windows reset (while other providers will force you to format all your disks).

Of the 7 days subscription to the valorant, I played only three days, because support responds once a day. I just lose 15$ on this.

What are you talking about? I mean, Woofer allows you to respoof once every 3 days, so I really didn't get that 7 day subscription thing. Are you talking about your cheat?

i have contacted their support before i buy it to confirm that it is working for dayz, support responded instantly, but i had some trouble buying it from them directly so i bought it from a reseller of them, did everystep by the book even messaged some of them to confirm each step before doing so but none of them replied, so i tried it and it did not work, i asked for a refund NOOOO,
