Yes he is, but i became a reseller of BWH too. Prices are almost the same but i accept credit cards and all cryptocurrencies.

It's been detected two times. But for the last 3 months, I think since September it's undetected. Make sure to buy it trought the real seller not this re-seller. Heard this guy pretty much doesn't respond and there has been scams going on.
