Seems not beeing able to open his account,and send message direcly on forum.
Even when he does send message to verify its his profile,its like this:

When you want to reply:

teslatx has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her.

So some 3rd party guy wanted me to send btc to him,and he will send me paypal, since @teslatx dont have paypal.

Clearly in his thread it states that he takes paypal:

All in all,really fishy guy, I would never trade with him,or suggest anyone to do so.

I had problems with paypal, so it only accepts in friends and family mode and only for renewals.
