is there any eta on when the update is expected? rather than kicking me from the server when asked about it, make a private channel for clients in discord server for private discussion, thats how cheating discord servers works, not everything and discussions are public, plus you said the people that has helped fix bugs are using it but for license users aka (regular buyers) have to wait, so today is second day of 4.2.1, where is any news or announcements regarding the cheat update, we have paid for it, not using it for free, so we demand some information instead of kicking the users out the server for asking for update, it just gonna scream as exit scamming if it continues like this, so please address the important information in discord server in clients only channel, communicate with your customers

There is a public news channel and a private chat for users. Not sure what you are missing. No one is being kicked for asking bud. They get directed to the public news channel. If you were a user, you would have opened a ticket and be using right now as well as noted on the status page. So stop with the scam bs when you haven't even asked to use when users were told how to access in the customer chat you decided you didn't want to ask for.

i had opened a ticket to use and be in bugs hunting team, i was told no and then the ticket was closed, in the status page it only shows “testing” so how am i supposed to get accepted when i’m told no?

So you were kicked, but open tickets still. You seem mixed up. If you were a user you would have given your account name and been allowed in if you wanted to help test a crashing bug. That is fixed now and will be back online shortly. Time was frozen. Paste the link to your transcript where you were told no, or open a new ticket to be added to use.

This ADMIN or whoever he is in discord is rude AF, god forbid you ask him a question and then need more clarification. Good freaking cheat but the customer service sucks ass. Not to mention they went from 25 a week to 40 and 50 a month to 80. Like I said great freaking hack, shitty discord admins.

When you have to be told that your Windows is not supported more than 5 times and spam tickets about it, it becomes an issue.

How the **** was I supposed to know there was a new bypass, you never gave any updates as to the progress and where it was going, you kept your customers in the dark for weeks. I never pretended to know how any of this **** works, that's what you geeks get paid to do, we pay for products when we need a little help in understanding what or how the product works have a little grace is all we ask. All I needed was for some information so I can ask other geeks to make my **** able to run with your program. You didn't have to be a ****. Its all good though bossman. Edit: I didn't spam tickets, I was asking if the time that I PAID for would be restored and asked about the 24H2 disclaimer so make sure you get your **** straight before you reply in such a ****** manner.

You were told it wasn't supported over and over. You decided you didn't want roles to see chats in the discord. So you decided you didn't want to see updates. On top of multiple posts in cheese news for users that wanted to use and test that were active. Was dropped all the way back on the 9th. We can't force you to want roles to chat with other users and see updates, but stay mad

Bossman, I didn't see any of that, and that's not your fault it's mine and I'll own that. All I'm saying is for what people are paying for your program have some customer service. Again I didn't spam or ask over and over again I was just trying to understand since I didn't see the post. And not mad at all, just making a statement. Have the day you deserve, now I'm gonna go and find another geek in some mothers basement to roll my windows version back. I would if I could but I can't so I won't.

So true lol, especially Nacho. Nacho is just super arrogant, paranoid, and unreasonable. He always assumes the customer is wrong, even here on this forum. He keeps talking about how customers choose to do things or what they willingly did, but never mention how he randomly take away our right to get info about the product. He said joining user testing just takes a support ticket, but in reality, they’ll just turn you down for no reason. User channels have harsh conditions to meet before we can join, it's more like a clique. To be fair, the other staff are much nicer and actually willing to talk things out. Avoid talking with Nacho for the sake of mental health.

There are no requirements to join chat channels minus license holder ones. There is a public one and multiple for users with a license. Thanks for your feedback on a brand new account though.

Discord username so I can check the ban reason and which staff did it? As no one gets banned for asking "basic" questions in any of the chat channels. Other users might make fun of you for them, but you don't get banned.
