VERY BAD MATERIALS - VERY BAD SUPPORT

I bought the $200 bundle
On the site they say you will get EAC BE firmware
After I received the shipment after about a month
I received a DMA piece other than the one they show on the site, poorly made pieces with Captain75T written on them
When I asked them if they would give me my firmware, they told me you have to buy firmware!
But after several attempts (when they knew I wouldn't pay) they sent me a firmware file

I went to tell them about it on 2024-12-20

And their response was, umm we will inform the factory and let you know the response
Since then they have been ignoring my messages and no one has responded to me

Don't try to change the subject of the conversation

I didn't write my first comment so you could talk to me about the firmware, the main purpose of that comment is that you sent me a DMA which got damaged after one use, and when I talked to you about this you ignored me for 20 days, and when you saw my comment here you kicked me out of the public NP group and the NP Customers group, this shows how true my previous words are and that you are a person who has no experience in buying and selling, you just want to get money and you don't care if the product you are selling or marketing works or not


and about the firmware
in the guides there were text files on how to flash the firmware for DMA, FUSER, KMBOX (there was no firmware file or video on how to get the firmware and modify it, so it is logical that any new buyer would not know how to get one if you did not give it to him or give him a guide), In other groups when they sell DMA and say they will give you firmware, when you receive the shipment they ask u about DNA then give you the firmware or make you talk to a bot that makes the firmware for you, they don't say to u take the guides pdfs and deal everything by yourself.

I strongly advise against purchasing DMA products from NewProjectJP.com. My recent experience with them has been extremely frustrating. I received a defective, bent fuser and a DMA card that underperformed significantly compared to my previous one. The DMA card only achieved 3K speed, while my old one hit 7K using the same PC setup.

When I reached out to their customer support for a refund for the fuser, I was dismissed with an unhelpful response. They claimed that the issue with the fuser is due to "user error," specifically accusing me of "spoofing the EDID wrong." However, I did not engage in any such actions or modifications.

As they told me, "its not fuser bent issue, you just ****** up fuser when you spofing edid."

To support my claims, I have included evidence, including a proof of purchase, a photo showing the bent fuser, and a video that demonstrates the problem after following all instructions carefully. In the video, you can see that the fuser appears to have a loose connection, despite my efforts to check and even swap out the cables.
