I don't know where you are from but I would open a tbm related case and after the supporter Mai-Lin advice you to file the charge to the police you have to do that. The police will contact epvps support (you will get an email adress from Mai-Lin) and epvp will help with his ip adress.

I'm from Germany. So from my understanding, I need to be a premium member or egold trader to have access to support ? meaning I can't get help unless I become(pay) premium and/or trader?

Ich bin der Meinung du kannst auch ohne Premium/Elite Gold Trader ein Ticket eröffnen. Du brauchst allerdings den Link zum RaT, ohne den kannst du kein Ticket eröffnen.

Unter dem Punkt "ich wurde betrogen". Schreib auch rein dass du das alles zur Anzeige bringen willst, damit Mai-Lin Bescheid weiß, sobald die Polizei sich bei ihm meldet.
