Edit:

First PSC he changed good, 40 euro for 32 Paypal, next psc 25 euro he told only 18,75 because its not from germany PSC but from sweden.. i dont see it on thread that PSC need to be from germany so 7/10 service, not fair trades, lose around 7,5 euro for change psc low ammount ;/
