I apologize that the following text is lengthy as my ordeal with this scumbag lasted way longer than it should have due to the excessive amounts of lies, deceits and manipulation he was perpetrating.

My claims are not baseless and before anyone makes any judgements, I would like to kindly request and thank those for their patience in reading all the details as well as reviewing all the attached evidence and testimony from the victims of his scams.

At this point in time, Haze4840 has already seen these reports but avoids them as he believes he can hide and keep scamming forever. If you question his legitimacy and the reasoning behind the countless reports against him, he will always use the same excuse of "people are trying to destroy me", "competitors are trying to sabotage me". It's almost as if those who report his scams provide evidence with testimony, which he has never once addressed, no matter how many people expose him.

He is the textbook definition of a scumbag and a scammer. He has been reported numerous times on this forum for blatantly scamming or selling detected, outdated or low-quality cheats. If you're lucky enough to even receive anything after you pay him, you will without a doubt NOT receive what you paid for. The only reason he’s still not banned, is because of the lack of policies in place on Elitepvpers, preventing scumbags like Haze4840 from carrying out their schemes. The management on this forum only takes action if you buy their “elite gold”, which evidently most people won’t, so it's easy for scumbags like Minh to take advantage of people.

I was scammed by this piece of human trash, for the following:

• I purchased a “season-long” subscription for “his” TFT Tool, which is just a modified Mobalytics overlay, that goes by the name of TFT Fox in China. This cheat is available for $5 USD a month from the original provider, which I have linked below, so no one can get scammed by him.
  
• He charged me $70 USD and despite it originally only costing $5 a month, he had the audacity to give me his old personal account that was due to expire in ONE-WEEK instead of the full season that I paid for.
  
• This should already speak volumes about how greedy, evil and scummy this guy is. For him, he felt entitled to all my money for free, and wasn’t even willing to spend $5 to profit $65. He wanted it ALL at no cost.
  
• I purchased a “lifetime” subscription to “his” “TFT Rating” too for $500 USD, which he was publicly advertising and constantly pushing me to buy when I had initially inquired in his products. This cheat is called "Ne Zha" and I have linked it below for purchasing as well, to avoid further scams from Minh. After purchasing, he became very hostile. He delayed the delivery by over 24 hours, and after 24 hours, he reluctantly gave me a ONE-DAY key. NOT a lifetime key, not one month, not even one week. ONE-DAY. And as if this wasn’t ridiculous enough, he asked me for more money for “troubling" him.
  
• He claimed it was a “private, exclusive and bespoke” cheat that is such high quality that every customer receives a unique build, when on the contrary it is as public as it gets and is available monthly for $25 USD. He claims to be in direct partnership with the creators, but after I had my Chinese friends contact the administrators on QQ (CN social media platform), they said that they have never heard or worked with Minh Le/Haze4840 ever. They said that he’s more than likely a scammer, taking advantage of their product and exploiting overseas users.

Other Scams, Attempts & Victims

• He has been advertising and attempting to "sell" a mobile TFT cheat that allegedly allows you to generate gold, as well as a bunch of other game-breaking features. To convince people to buy, he posted a stolen video from another creator on Bilibili (CN streaming platform), that was showing off a free single-player sandbox TFT app from China that allowed you to do the things he claimed. You can think of this app, as a PBE or test-server. Despite fully knowing this, he falsely advertises it as a cheat and attempted to charge $300 for it as most people would not know this without research and the features would be too attractive to resist. I can only assume that those unfortunate enough to have fallen for it, end up receiving nothing, as per usual with Minh.
  
• He sells and advertises numerous cheats for other games as well, such as Naraka Bladepoint. Another had reached out to me, to show evidence of his experience with Haze4840, as he had been scammed for yet another "lifetime" subscription for Naraka. He received a ONE-DAY license key, and if that wasn't bad enough, the cheat didn't even work. Haze4840 went on to ignore the victim for over a month and kept claiming it was being worked on, etc. etc. and eventually he just said "I don't support this cheat anymore", and that was the unfortunate end for the victim who lost $400 to Minh's scam. (Evidence provided below)
• A user purchased a Naraka: Bladepoint cheat that wasn't working from Minh, and when he told Minh about it, he was ignored until eventually Haze told him "it's your fault, why are you crying?" (Evidence provided )

• Another user on Elitepvpers fell for the "lifetime" subscription scam yet again. You can review the details of Haze4840's scam against him as it has been publicly posted with supporting evidence but again, it went un-punished and un-addressed. Minh has even replied to and bumped that thread, but just completely ignored the victim's post. TLDR: For this victim, he waited almost two weeks after paying just to get a ONE-DAY key that caused him to be HWID banned after paying $400 for what was supposed to be an undetected lifetime cheat.
  
• When I had brought this user's experience up with Haze4840, he was offended and said that this user was just a "competitor" trying to sabotage his business. (It's funny he would say that, since this "competitor" has paid him with proof and has provided fully documented evidence of their dealing and his scam.)

There are countless other victims that have fallen to Minh Le's disgusting, blatant scam as he uses these same tactics and schemes for everything he sells.

No worries at all, and the Ne Zha cheat, takes advantage of client vulnerabilities to increase the odds of rolling specific units and items by 3.5% if you have anything less than a yearly-subscription, and 6% if you have a yearly-subscription.

The cheat does in fact work, and is very affordable. The best part of it though, is if you buy from the official source, it doesn't come with getting scammed out of $500 for a one-day key, like I did.

No problem bro, just looking out for the community. I think it's worth it because TFT Fox has a pool tracker which shows you how many of each champion is left in the pool, but other than that it's the exact same as Mobalytics.

It's pretty affordable, so if the extra pool tracker is useful to you, then I'd say it's probably worth it.

Just a heads up though, since the patch two days ago, the pool tracker hasn't been updated yet but the rest of the overlay functions work.

You need to use a Hong Kong/Taiwan VPN to connect to the loader. I recommend NordVPN, as it's very fast and convienent, although paid.

Also, I want to apologize since a lot of people are asking me for support and help with purchasing/using/setting up the cheat. I want to clarify again that I am not affiliated with the providers in any way and I'm not comfortable acting as customer support on behalf of a cheat provider I'm not associated with.

I have simply provided the source of these two TFT cheats as an option for people to consider and interested members should do their own research on whether or not it is suitable for them.

The only reason I provided the source for these cheats is so that scumbags like Haze4840 can not get away with charging you $500 for something that only costs $1 per day and still not even deliver what you paid for.

For anyone else who decides to purchase the cheat, please go through the necessary means via QQ or the developer's provided email address, to get the support you need. I will no longer be replying to any support-related inquiries, and again I don't recommend nor not recommend people to buy it. My only intention is to provide insight and more options as TFT-cheating is quite limited overseas and all the goods tools are from Asia.
