Take a look into the config.ini at the Server Files, there you can find his discord name BlackRogue#6384. This should make it clear and also he sold this files some month ago as you can read here:

The only way I could open the client was using an old Sro_Cliente.exe and it only opens through loader, it does not open through Silkroad.exe

Use Stud_PE > Functions > Go to Import Start
Change "95 A1 ED 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 007C A1 ED 00 8D A1 ED" -- Last 2 or 3 lines

Now you can use Shiroi sro_client without any problem.
