looks like a config problem, you try to connect to mysql on localhost with user sa, i think you mixed smth, please check the guide. i think that will help you

Still same error localhost mean my vps ip right ? id & pw My Sql id and pw? And what about the other ports

Edit: Shard-Port shouldnt be null, in common its 1433, too.
