If you are not using any multi threads then Sleep will freeze the main thread as well. You're probably using a timer just edit the Interval and you're done.

Trust me you don't want to mess with the DataFlow with such expressions. WATIFOR DELAY will pause the whole block from executing and in case it's put in a wrong place this could so some serious damage.

i think the best solution is editing timer interval for 1000 not 100
