SUPERMAN - Version(15) Preview

* Solved IP/PC limit errors New
- Concurrent IP limit should be working like a charm in the latest one.
- While I was at it I also solved the same issue for HWID limit, should be working good.
- Added a timer that will check for errors every minute.
- Tested and working without errors, sorry for the error!

* Solved counter bug New
- Solved a count error both at SUPERMAN page and at FILTER source.
- Solved a player-count bug, it would fake your players because counter was sending wrong information.
- Server should now not send wrong players and should tell you the exact amount or the fake amount :3

* Re-coded the Gateway filter.
- Fixed weird disconnects in char screen.
- Fixed weird disconnects when logging in.
- Fixed weird disconnects after pressing "Start".

* Fixed crash bugs after using admin commands
- Sorry about this, meh very sary menz.

* Fixed HWID related issues(again)
- Solved error that HWID would fuckup and block your account from logging in ever again.
- Solved error that HWID would just stop giving errors and fuckup.

* Updated visual errors (Gateway) Textuisystem.txt changes
Superman.dll issues
- UITT_TEENSERVER_ERRMGS_ADULT (SUPERMAN.dll broken, please restart your client!)

Advanced hwid system error
- UIIO_SMERR_TEENOVER_ONLY_SERVER (Hacking attempt, you cannot login from this PC yet.)

Pc limit error
- UIIO_SMERR_ADULT_ONLY_SERVER (Cannot connect to the server because access to the current PC has exceeded its limit.)

IP limit error
- UIO_MSG_ERROR_CONTENT_FAIL_INSUFFICIENT_IP (Cannot connect to the server because access to the current IP has exceeded its limit.)

The filter is now running better then never before, thanks for using SUPERMAN as your vSRO guard.

ETA release date:
2015-10-12 or 2015-10-13 demanding on how much more testing I need.

Restore the DB and check if the CodeName128 is in ItemName at SUPERMAN database, otherwise add it in there.
