[GUIDE] Setup a server without errors [1x GameServer]

Hi,
I just don´t understand why my GamerServer is alway on "Cent" so the server is on check -.-
Can someone help me? I tried more than 2 h to get it away but no chance...

i don't have an Ipv4 Adress

I have a new Problem , first i startet my server with local IP and only the first 2 Services
Now i tryed with hamachi IP and dont work , aftert start the 3 service i cant connect but i dont get image code and my friend get C9 error after vonfirm image code

Check in your Billingfiles "DB_Connect"
and look all .ini files!
Username right?
password right?
SQL Name right?

Do you have active ALL areas? I think Roc mountain must be SD and Roc, so enable SD and Roc (= AssocServer "1" at SD and Roc)

If i start the Server with hamachi IP and try to connect (login) i get C9 error and my friends have the same problem

And if i change exp ration in config it wont change :/ all rates x1

cant i run it from the same machine that i got the files on? and if no what should be the ip? via loader?
my IP4 ip and 15779? or local host 127.0.0.1 > 15779??? could someone help me?
