Honestly,I would enjoy a server with low rates with 0% possibility of botting,I want to remember those times where you had to grind 24/7 with hands in a full euro party,ehh,nostalgy T_T

100% legit? nobody would do that, everybody just wants to bot make parties and go afk all day, get stones/elixirs so they can make their equpiment after.

Sadly it's a fact, we're forgetting how Sro supposed to be, players are not supposed to pick the strongest build but you're supposed to pick the build which you would enjoy with regardless how strong or how weak that build is.
every build has its own advantage and disadvantage points, but if we're comparing CH with Euro... you need to rebuild it from the scratch.

Yeah we decided that only EU is a bad idea so probably we will go for EU/CH server with some skill changes (yeah we know its impossibru to balance ) and some good features maybe based on quests.

We'll do some balancing, but it still won't be balanced. People will have to know it beforehand tho that chinese will still probably be less effective than EU chars but yea...

It's possible but it won't be fair to the european characters, for example int builds lacks phy/mag defence depends on your set without snow but their dmg is pretty high, So if this possible how about removing these passive skills (axe) at warrior builds as a passive skills to the int chars specifically (Heuksal) it should be the same once you're using the spear it should activate, it's the same
like you're using your axe. that's all in my mind atm..

regarding to Pacheon skills it's impossible to balance it if you're against a cleric build their dmg is totally useless, unless if you've a pretty high crit other than that it's impossible, frankly I was think of a skill that could interrupts your attack/skill with a possibility of success rate, for example a warrior casting daredevil skill against a bower, the bower uses the interrupt skill causing a cooldown to the dardevil skill besides it cancels the attack itself. still a theory but whatever.. it's still possible
