Directx 9.0 is not installed

Great, I now get this error. I have **** directx10. How do I fix.

i hear this problem before... to solve is right click your silkroad.exe icon and go properties, some where in there set to 'run with winXP pack2'

right click on silkroad.exe select properties, go to compability tab and select Run this program in compability mode of: Windows Xp service pack x.
