Zoned alchemy succes? Just found something.
Hi lol.
In _Refclimate table, the last column ProbRain got different values in it for each climate number.
Possible, that these numbers setting up the possibility of alchemy succes?
Last column is it.

I guess if zone based alchemy rates would be true, they would be in the _RefRegion table.
