You use MSSQL for run a server, but it is not related with SRO, its like, I'm going to ask here about an error I got on Windows because SRO uses it.
I'm pretty sure you can find a fix for your error by looking at google for 1 min, simply write it as it appear, not something that looks like your error, like you did on this thread, I still don't know your error. And also, this goes in any case on teh ask the experts forum, not on main.
It is just annoying how every single user here thinks this is the official support section for every single problem you have on your computer, and that we can solve all your problems without need you to even describe it.
