the first screen says something not supported by the server.

so first question which sql server version are you using?

and does the account has rights to access the database. I also had a problem like this cause the user I created couldn't access the database.

i am using MSSQL Server & Studio Management 2005

and for the access to they database could you tell me where should i verify that?

you can check this too login at the database with the username and password the server files use and simply open the database and right click at a table and select the top 1000 records.

I was more thinking about the rights in the security tab.

I logged in with my windows auth and created a new user under Security -> Logins

if you right click at a user and view the properties you can select a few pages. Click on User Mapping. At that page you select the map column for the 3 databases (account, shard, log) and I gave that user for every database the db_owner membership.

so this way I never had any problems with select problems or update problems ect. so You might want to check these things out

Owh it's the user 'sa' which is the system administrator so that user already has all the rights you can imagine.

Uuhm the only idea I have left is to delete the database and restore the originial one. there might be something wrong with that table or something.

accesly SRO_VT_ACCOUNT wasnt checked in the rights but when i checked the db it gived me this error , could you come on my teamviewer for a sec please since yesterday im on this error

I'm not gonna join you in teamviewer but the SRO_VT_ACCOUNT doesn't matter since the error is in the SRO_VT_SHARD_INIT database

I suggest you to remove the database and restore it with the backup.
