Wanted to know whats wrong with my mediapatcher

hi when i go to darkness' forum and when i download the ZSZC mediapatcher he has made i get a .exe with 0 bytes. whats up? my friend said i was suppose to extract it but i can't. Sometimes when i click on it it says that its an invalid Win32 application so it can't open. Would any of you experts help me with this problem??

Anti-virus program is stopping your computer from downloading it properly? try turn your anti-virus off.

i tried that it still didn't download fully :/ i even removed my antivirus and still couldn't download it properly lol. :/ any other ideas what it could be?

Hey today i decided to buy silk to my other char, I choosed "Charge Silk" but i cant find the "paypal" option. I logged off and on to my other account wich has the paypal option. it is always bugged while tring to log in but with my clientless mode i log in after 10 15 mins without any problems without bugs do u guys have the same problem? EDIT: i logged in from the first try in server 30 i was trying in server 29 but i cant understand how the clientless bot do it in that way

Alright so I went through this LOTF Source I found here by Arcotemple. Its a Cleaned up/Fixed up LOTF I guess. I took out everything related to heavenlybless. Meaning I went to Emme's HeavenBlessing release and worked backwards. Well, I can't find any values with my UCE.. Ok I can do imp hack but I can't find values of speed, cd hack etc. So I am asking if some of my setting fucked up? And yes I know how to do speedhack / cooldown hack, but it just can't find any values.
