DownloadServer Closing instantly

Hello everyone,

When opening DownloadServer module, program occurs 1000x(maybe more) msg is not completely used : Req:0x31d (6), 2 - 2 this error and shuts down.

Also when i close downloadserver port from firewall it works but players still cannot patch it. its a exploit or what?

please help me.
