Dedicated server hosting requirements

Looking into buying a dedicated server to host my SRO private server anyone know what the size requirements are for about 3500 players?

you can buy from ovh it's a good one
ram 64 g etc and use vmware to host 2gs at least

what about the ones from 6core 16g ram and 2000g ssd?
just looking for somthing cheap to start to see how the server goes b4 i spend $200 a month haha

well idk about 1and1 hosts but if you need to host 3500 player you have to use atleast 2gs so you must buy at least ram 32

Hetzner + Hyperfilter.

OVH + Hpp is kinda bad.

If you dont want hpp or can't afford it, go for OVH only.

8 + 8 or 10 + 12 or even 12 + 12 is fine, you dont need 16gb ram for second machine, you need more ram for SQL server.

If you got a good SQL server and SSD running in that mofo pc, you will be fine.
