Is there any Ddos protection providing that doesn't cost 400$?, i found DoctorDdos and honestly i don't understand what maximum players has to do with protection so if someone could explain it to me would be good or a good ddos protection provider too.

DoctorDDoS is good enough. I guess he put that maximum players count thingy because the internet priority you get won't handle more than the amount of player he specified.
