Its because you pressed right click on the last fire combo, or you added it.
Thats why you are getting this error guys, wait until this bug will be fixed

omg... dudes don't you understand at all?? this bug is whit blade and MOBS!!! so when you go out of samarkand and you get imput 4 then mobs from caves are spawned and thats why you get ERROR -.-
