Changing the cooldown time for Potions

As you can see in the title i need to change cooldown time of potions for europe
i know it's hardcoded in sro_client and gameserver
so since i don't have a knowledge in this matter i can't find it
so if anyone figured out how to do this please let me know , thanks

you can edit that from RefObjItem ~ Itemdata_xxx

It is hardcoded in gs, therefore, _RefObjItem won't work.

@OP: You might need chernobyl to do this xD
