LegendSRO Database

Hello Elitepvpers i wanted to ask about LegendSRO database i downloaded it but when i try to log in (all maps/regions open) gameserver crashes (has stopped working) and if i try to create a new character i get Failed to create a character S1030 and yes this is after cleaning the account and shard anyone knows how to fix them?
