Hamachi pretty much opens everything(given that you don't have a firewall running on your PC)
It 'avoids' NAT(I don't really want to call it that way, but it makes it easier to explain) and allows direct connections (requests) to your PC(which NAT obviously prevents, except when using Port forwarding)
You should be really careful.
I'd install hamachi on a VM and run only gatewayserver, downloadserver and agentserver on it and restrict network access from that VM as much as possible
