[GM IP problem]

Hi guys, finnaly i'm a GM on a private server sro, fun comes...fun goes...because i cannot loggin my GM account all times
Reason?

My ip is changing everytime i power on/off my modem....

How do i get a Static IP?

Will it work even if my modem restart/turn off?

If any1 know is there is a way to fix this.... it will be so cool....

go to your internet support and ask them t make it static ip

you can get static IP From your company of Modem i think you 're egyptian ask like TE Data Or Link Dsl it is for 10 L.E

Wrong,maybe he have a lot of people with him in the network
So you don't have to ask your adminstrator of network
You goes to "Internet Company"
Example: In egypt there is 2 company's [TE-Data - LinkDSL]
I go to the company and order a static ip you will only pay about 10 L.E a month.
That's all.

Use proxy and tell the admin to put your proxy ip into DB

that was an example. not just items. other things like smc. silkroad put an ip security for a reason. so random turks couldn't login to their account and do ****.

Go Ur InterNet Admin and say i wanna make My Ip static and then now restert ur net and never change

Let's say your IP is 41.4.90.90
Ask your admin to make a range for your IP..

example : 41.2.0.0 --> 41.5.255.255

It used to work with me,at least for 2-3weeks.

best solution so far is setting up hamachi and adding hamachi ip into db..

set hamachi ip as secondary ip and it wont cause problems..

start sr patch before sr gameserver then you need no static ip
