[I speak fluent English] Can't restore .bak VSRO files

Hello, I'm wondering if I can have a moment of someones time.

With the VSRO files, I try and use .bak SQL Dump files to restore a DB so I can run the server, however it gives me filenotfound errors with reference to .MDF and .LDF files on a D:\ drive which I do not have...

Can someone help?

When you go to restore it, you have to click the options on the left hand side and select OVERWRITE existing database.

Ahh, I fixed it thank you!

BUT, I have ran into a new problem. It works up until the GlobalManager can't occupy a DB connection to SK_Silk by web, and also the ShardManager can't seem to establish a certification connection, even though the cert file from Miki Maus runs fine.

The DB connection issue was a tough fix for me, because it appeared I had everything setup correctly. To be honest, I'm not really sure what I did to fix it. Just retrace your steps and go over the basics:

- Verify that your Globalmanager.ini correctly links to your PCNAME\SQLEXPRESS database.
- Verify that you have a DSN setup correctly to the proper database
- Verify that all IP address and ports are setup correctly.

I continuously checked and rechecked those 3 things, tweaking them as I went and eventually got it to capture the DB.

The .ini fine links correctly.
How did you setup your DSN? I used the ODBC reg file and edited it accordingly
