This is a common issue:
Make sure you installed .NET Framework and vc_redist.x86.exe.
Check your firewall and windows defender settings are not blocking outgoing connectons

You need to create a Game Account from your Web profile.
Game Account is different from Web Account

You can unlock inventory by item mall and inventory expansion quest, just as original

Actually, many players are specifically looking for hard-rate servers, it's a different kind of challenge and enjoyment.
If you're looking for something easier, there are definitely plenty of servers with higher rates out there.
