Hello i wish that you can fix those issues, i always try to make constructive critics to improve the servers.
First just remove the Green buff that makes no sense on a private server, you can only play 1hour in your server daily..after 1hour u dont get exp/drops/quests that's non sense. Increase the exp rates or make quest rates for like x6/x8 so players can still enjoy the game without lvling that slow.
Those rates could be ok for cap 80 server, but it is unreal for a cap 150.
Just give free starting silks to everyone just to get at least a premium, no need to give lots of silks.
The project can be good but it needs some improvements to attract and keep the players.
Don't know about the ping, using 2Gps fiber connection (France), but im not lagging or having any delay..just casual crashes.

I completely agree, especially the green bar thing is very unnecessary and does not make sense on a private server.

Ahhh wth is this server...you cant do automatic patch, people need to download full media etc. Website with database from other server, launcher from other server...Really?
You cant even create a normal discord channel, nothing is working ahhahahah.
