Hello everyone.
I started playing on this server 2 days ago and my first impression was very good.
But today i wanted to play on another PC and my Virus Scanner detected in the sro.exe:

Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml

After googling because i expected it to be harmless, like virus scanners often have problems with sro files, i have to say it looks very dangerous and serious.

I hope for some clearance here.
P.S. I downloaded the client from the Play-Axis.online homepage and used the Mega link.

I also found the same Trojan: Win32/Wacatac.B!ml and I downloaded from Google drive can we have another upload without the Trojan please, other pservers dont trigger my anti-virus so I'll just play on those servers until this is corrected

Hi Battkus,

Most malwares showing are false positives due to compression and encryption.

Silkroad EXEs were originally compiled very long time ago, so we can't do much about it.

You can check scans of other servers as well, they're most likely going to have similar malware detections.

We also declared earlier, that anyone who has an alternative sro_client that he/she considers safe, he/she can contact us and send it to us on discord and we'll patch it to work on Axis and send it back.

The server opened 19 days ago with PC 2 IP 4

Three days ago they released SOS.

Yesterday they randomly increased the PC IP Limit to 4/8 - There were no suggestions regarding this AND they did NOT do a poll or anything regarding the matter.

The CHN balance buff on this server is an absolute joke, there are probably 20 CHN players on the server MAX - they refuse to roll out an update to even it out.

I've quit this server as they clearly do not care about their players/community - inactive GM's, no updates toward any suggestions, random unrequested updates as above, the list goes on.

Avoid.
