First of all I have to say that I don't play on this server because I don't like the system.
But I feel sorry for admins and mods in SRO. It feels like it has to be one of the oldest communities, but they behave like kids. Whether here or in Globals/Ingame chat.
If you read that he was banned because of a "Smiley" and asks why, you think that it shouldn't be that you are banned because of a smiley like
or something else he might use, but no, of course only half the truth is being told. A middle finger is nothing more than an insult.
