because the files are quite new (recently released) and I dont think the owner has much idea

The owner didn't even budge to change the premium's name from RIGID premium to his "Aligator" premium, this is how you know that this guy just took the released files and fixes, put them on a VPS and opened a server without even knowing what's coming to him, the files you're using have way more exploits than you can ever imagine and if *someone* (we dunno who) decided to attack you, your server won't hold even for a minute, good luck with your project anyways.
