POSEIDON SERVER UPDATE #3

1.) We are always ready for any situation. But this time was it was extreme. Read to understand better.
So you all know about it. Our downtime was due to DDos attacks and our Anti-DDoS provider could not protect us because the size of the attack was too big.
As far as I know, world's biggest DDoS attack in the history of Internet was something around
~1.6 TBPS = 1600 GBPS.
We received DDoS attacks that is
200 to 250 GBPS. 1/6th of worlds biggest DDoS attack. When I said it's serious, i meant it.
Many people said none would invest such time & money into hitting on a PSRO server with this kind of attack size... but it's real. It happened on Electus.
We took immediate action by contacting world's best Anti-DDoS providers. Currently, we purchased various services from different companies, to line them up & use one after another if necessary. We will go online as soon as the first setup is ready, which we expect to be some time between 2 PM / 3 PM, according to what the provider said. Don't forget, we are doing nothing but waiting for them to deliver. We will go online in shortest time period after we receive the service. So, it would not be a surprise if the provider deliver it at 2-3-4... we need +2 to +3 hours to complete Windows updates + LENOX to configure the network before we go live.
You may ask, why do we not work with World-Class Anti-DDoS providers but Hyperfilter.
The answer is simple... we have been working with Hyperfilter for 5 years and it's defence/attack mitigation power has always been sufficient and we never needed more than that. None ever DDoS'd a psro server to death like this before, so we never had the need to go for companies like Cloudflare, Amazon, Google.
But from now on, knowing we can be targetted with such large scale attacks, we will only use world's best protection providers in the future. We only need to find out which one of them will be the most suitable for us. We will find out in 1-2 days.
2.) We are all in this together throughout the hard times.
Your support matters. Your love matters. We apprecaite you guys stayed calm, supported and showed love to us in the past 48 hours. We will make it count for you so we lined up all alternative solutions (Anti DDoS providers) and we will try each one of them one by one. If the server is unstable after we go online due to large scale attacks, we will immediately switch to other services we bought from alternative companies. One of them will eventually do the job, so we are asking you for patience for 1 more day.
3.) Compensation.
We understand that you could have improved your character in the past 2 days, but you could not.
We will help you with the following compensation list, it may not be the best but it's something. Hopefully you will like it.
The compensation mentioned will be added to all character's inventory on Monday at 11 AM weekly restart time.
Players must have enough empty slots in the inventory to receive all the gifts. We will not re-add them if player will not receive them because he had no free slots.
All the gifts will be non-tradeable. You can not transfer them to other character. You can only use them on your character.
