The most important part of the skill balance:
Chinese chars are abble to use the warrior's [ PAIN ] / Damage Divide Spell.
You won't be kicked out of a Grindig-party, HolyWater, Or even from a Forgotten World run!
That must be great for the CHN-Lovers!

The second part is the Chinese Damage Balance!
We also created a passive " HolySpell " for the CHN Characters.
Well, you won't lose all the rounds as a Chinese char Vs. Warlock Rogue from now.
Force:
Force cure series skills: 15 seconds cooldown
Bicheon:
Twin Energy Smash: Bleed chance increased to ( 60% ) From ( 33%)
Chain skills: Debuff chances increased to ( 70% ) From ( 33%)
Heuksal:
Soul Spear skills: Stun Probability increased to ( 35%) From ( 24%)
Patcheon:
Overall damage increased with 10%
Warrior:
Screens: Completely Removed.
Bleed chance increased to fit with the Chinese chains!
Cleric:
-Selfheals nerfed by 25%.
Warlock
Dull/Bleed increased to fit with the Chinese Chains.
