Hey, about your question, no this is not a just spear server, at cap level pretty much every build, is alright at pvp of course each with its weakness and strengths as it should be(I did the balance test for most of them during the beta). Check out all the skill for each class and see the changes, in my opinion they all make sense. Also, they could be balance changes, if necessary in the future.

How stupid you should be to make Lottery event cards for silk ? Every server is adding lottery for gold melting and giving chance for none donators but you guys sell lottery tickets for silk
