Greetings Silkroad Community! We know most of you have been looking for a reliable server to play with your friends and enjoy original content. We have the great honor to present Sothoryos, created for all the players in search of a new adventure experience and distinct features.
We are more than glad to announce our glamorous server today and we would like to assure that we are going to have a great, fair and a stable game which is really rare to find nowadays, we are a professional team which is seeking to create a great server and to provide the extreme excitement for you, we have the will and power to keep it stable without having any delays, lags or bugs at all, even if we had to face few issues, we will fix them right away also, we have an experienced team that manages to deal with the issues of the players and game efficiently.

Closed Beta Phase
We've been into a long closed beta phase to really ensure a high quality server. We had great help from our designated beta testers, always participating and helping to improve the server's development by identifying and repairing bugs and exploits. We really appreciate your help and your support will be compensated.
Open Beta Phase - 19/02 at 18.00 CET
After the closed beta phase we will start with an open beta. This phase is very important since it will be a simulation of the grand opening. You will be able to see and feel all of the features we have contributed in Sothoryos. You will be free to try anything you want. This phase is very important for us since it will allow us to find and correct all the possible bugs that are left and make sure that everything will be ready for the grand opening.

Gold
The economy will be an essential factor in Sothoryos. Every character will start with 100k gold.
Skill points
Because our goal is to maintain an active server not a botting one, every character will start with 1.5m sp so that you don't have to farm skillpoints.
Auto Equipment
This will be a very fundamental feature for everyone, making lvup easier and more comfortable. You will automatically get +3 FB (41% att) equipment set and weapon from the 1st degree to the 9th, later on you will be obtaining equipment by drops or trading items with other player. We believe that you will be able to get a complete 10th degree set without our help.
We know how annoying it is that every time we teleport, disconnect or die every 5 minutes we have to buff up over and over again. In Sothoryos we have implemented a system so that the buffs are automatic and permanent.
In case that you want to make a video and you want to cancel buffs, they will be permanent again after you relog, not after teleporting. That will allow you to keep recording the video even if you need to teleport
Alchemy
Max plus
The max plus where all kind of equipment can reach is [+12]. That decision comes to prevent big gaps between players. Our alchemy has been pretty balanced, perfectly adjusted to not be easy but no very hard aswell. Only lucky people with a huge effort is going to reach a +12 after some months.
Plus notice
Reaching a high plus is not an easy task, you gotta invest a lot of elixirs and have a lot of luck. There will appear a notice for the entire server when someone reaches a plus [+9] and above
Astral stone
Since the server has been focused to bring play-to-win features it would be senseless to have Astrals at our Item Mall, by the other hand, we consider this item is very good and can be usefull to use it as a reward for hunting uniques
Immortal stone
Probably the most important stone in the game, because we want you to be able to reach them without spending silks we have added them as a reward for hunting special uniques

You will be able to see your items, their stats and blues and the total of itempoints your character has.

You can check all of the achievements progress and how close you are to get them completed

There are some rankings to show you who are top players based on items, top players based on ELO points, top guilds and top jobbers

There are two available SOX seals in Sothoryos, Seal of Star & Seal of Moon.
Seal of Star
Will be equal to a last tier +1 item. The only way to obstain a Seal of Star will be through mobs, the more mobs you elminate the more chance of getting a SOS. Good Luck!
Seal of Moon
Will be equal to a last tier +3.5 item. This is where we expose one of our best developed innovations in Sothoryos, on how to obtain the last items of the last set. We have created 3 different moon boxes:

Kill all Holy Water Temple uniques [5] times each

Job points
These points are the job result for merchant, hunter or thief activity. With 300 job points you can buy your first talisman needed for a Moon Weapon Box. You can also buy elixir packs and stones in Alcibiades Shop.
Gold
Gold is the most precious asset, whether to buy items between players or to buy event tickets. You will have to manage your own economy.

One of the most important activity since gold will be very limited, this will be the only source of income for players.
Special Bargains will be open 24-7 so that there can be more routes available, bigger rewards and a better chance to hide from thieves.

Job Event
You guys know that there is a lot of fun and a lot of emotions on big trade runs. For this reason we will encourage jobbing for few hours per day to ensure that you can have a lot of fun on Sothoryos.
This event will run for 1 or 2 hours every day (check events schedule for further information)
During this event jobbing contribution and gold reward will be increased by [+50%]!
For each Job kill you will earn [+2] job points!
For each Job dead you will lose [-2] job points!
(Job killer will only get +2 job points if the died had at least 2 job points, you can't kill the same player more than once in the same day)
Anti-cheat system
Necessary to seize and ban job-cheaters.
It is totally forbidden to cheat under job status, it doesn't matter if you do yourself or you do with a friend *WARNING* We will not hesitate when it comes to punishing infractions.
Wanted System
Every 10 kill streak in a row without dying will get you [+1] Wanted Level with [+1% dmg increase] and [1% dmg abosrption] buffs.
If you are a WANTED jobber your character will also have an awesome effect!
We have designed this feature to let you prove who are the real champions of the server. We love competition, show everybody how good you are and how well you fight
Every player will start with 1000 ELO points and this are the ways to earn ELO:
PVP Tournament
One of the bests ways to prove how strong you are (for more information about this tournament go to Daily events section)
For every round you pass, you will earn [+1] ELO point
For every round you lose, you will lose [-1] ELO point
8vs8 Tournament
Being strong alone is not enough, you will need a strong party (for more information about this tournament go to Special events section)
For every player you kill, you will earn [+1] ELO point

Job Temple
To access this cave it is necessary to wear a job suit, mobs inside this cave will have twice the drop rate than normal mobs.
Uniques inside: Selkhet, Neith, Isis, Anubis, Haroeris and Seth spawn inside this temple. + info below about these uniques.
Forgotten world
This server has a great of other features but want more! That's why we have added Forgotten World to Sothoryos.
In order to get Horseshoe and 4 Leaf Clover Talismans you will have to join Forgotten world and get it from the hands of the Bosses of Grades 3 and 4!
It's not guaranteed to find them at the first attempt! Good luck
Holy Water Temple
This was added for the purpose of being a group activity as you will go there with a party to hunt uniques to complete achievements or collect the Horus Eye Talisman.
- In order to get the Horus Eye Talisman you will have to kill the 3 uniques inside the the Holy Water Temple
- For those who wants to tryhard a lot there is also an achievement, by killing all the uniques inside [5] times you will earn it
- Key's price for Holy Water Temple is 100 Obsidian gems, 100 Job points and 100m gold. You can buy it at Robert's shop

Cold
Fire and Ice walls will have a [10] sec cooldown.
Snow shield only available for INT character.
Force
Resurection skills share the same cooldown of [20] seconds to avoid endless res battles.
Healing buffs will have a [10] sec cooldown, both sharing the same cooldown.
Force debuffs are modified from [80%] to [55%] chance to make effect.

You don't need to register for this event.
- We have created a new way to participate in trivia! The event consists of [10] Trivia questions that the bot will launch every [20] seconds.
- For each correct answer you will get [2] points, if you're the fastest player in answering the question correctly you will get [3] points. You will not get any points if you answer wrong.
- Once all the questions are sent there will be a ranking with the top 5 players that have scored the most. Good luck!
- You can PM [BOT]System with the command /trivia and the bot will tell you how many points do you have.

You will need a FFA ticket (from Robert Shop) to register to this event.
- All participants will be teleported to a closed area with yellow cape on.
- You will have to fight against each other, the player with the most kills will win, if you die you can stand up and keep fighting!
- Killing the same person twice in a row won't count.

- You will be teleported alone in a closed area with a unique inside. This unique will spawn mobs every time you hit him.

- All participants will be teleported to a very small area
- Inside; there will be immortal monsters that will kill you with only [1] hit.
- The event consists in scaping from them, hide as much as you can and stay alive.
- We have created an item for this event that will make you invisible for [3] sec. This item can be used to skip the attack of a mob, it will be in your inventory once the event has started. To use it; you activate it with right-click, be wise and use it at the right time!
Rewards:
1st Place: 50 silk + 6 Obsidian gems
2nd Place: 30 silk + 3 Obsidian gems
3rd Place: 20 silk + 2 Obsidian gems
4th and 5th: 1 Obsidian gem
Lottery
Lottery draft will be from monday to friday at 22:00, saturday and sundays at 23:00 server time.
- The prizepool will increase for every ticket sold.
- The more tickets you buy, higher will be your chance to win. Tickets will be available in Robert's Shop NPC.

You will need a HRS ticket to register to this event.
- Buy a red-horse from your local stable and summon it
- Once the event starts you will be teleported to the area where the race will take place.
- If your horse dies you will be disqualified, take care of your horse and race to the finish!
- The winner will be the first player who arrives the last region using your MOUSE!
- IMPORTANT: DON'T CLICK TO THE SKY OR YOU WON'T BE THE WINNER!

- The number of uniques spawns will decrease with each round, Good Luck!

NEW PvP Tournament
You will need a PVP ticket to register to this event.
- Single tournament brackets (best of 1).
- Maximum number of players 128
- Time per round 13 minutes, if time runs up, both players will be disqualified
- Pairings will be posted in our website once the event starts.
- Once the tournament begins you will be teleported with your pairing and you will fight to death, winner of the match will advance to the next round.
- The FINAL will be hosted inside Jangan! Yes, inside Jangan! Behind the grocery shop! You will be able to watch it LIVE!
NEW Betting system!
For the FINAL of the event we have added a betting option! BET for the CHAMPION and earn silks!
- An announcement will appear 10 minutes before the FINAL begins. In that notice you will find the nicknames of both players
How to bet?
- You will have 10 minutes before the FINAL starts to place your bet
- You will have to send a PM to [BOT]System with the command /bet [Nickname] [SilkAmount]
- If there was something wrong with the bet, you will get a PM back about it
- If the bet was placed correctly the bot will send you a confirmation PM
- Once the FINAL begins you won't be able to bet anymore
How to know the payouts?
- The payout will depend on how many silks are placed for [Player 1] and [Player 2]
- It will be automatically calculated once the final begins
- If there is a big difference between both players on betted silks the bot will refund all the bets
The CHAMPION will earn silks from bets too!
- YES! You as a CHAMPION will get a percentage of all the betted silks after winning the FINAL!

- The event consists of reaching to the top of the stage and slay the BattleGolem.
- The event takes place at Ship Wreck
There are 4 stages:
- In the 1st and 2nd stage there will be mobs who will try to slow you down and distract you
- On the 3rd stage you will have to avoid combat at all costs, mobs will try to kill you, and they will do with 1 single hit. Fly, you fools!
- In the last stage you will find a BattleGolem, the participant who kills him first will be the winner. *The battlegolem is easy to kill, any build can kill it*

NEW 8vs8 Party Tournament
Your entire party will need a 8v8 ticket to register to this event.
- Party tournament brackets (best of 1)
- Maximum number of parties 32
- Time per round 17 minutes, if time runs up, both parties will be disqualified
- Pairings will be posted on our website once the event starts.
- Once the event starts, your party will be teleported with your pairing and you will fight to the death, party winner of the match will advance to the next round.
- The FINAL will be hosted inside Jangan! Yes, inside Jangan! Behind the grocery shop! You will be able to watch it LIVE!
NEW Betting system!
For the FINAL of the event we have added a betting option! BET for the CHAMPIONS and earn silks!
- An announcement will appear 10 minutes before the FINAL begins. In that notice you will find the nicknames of both parties
How to bet?
- You will have 10 minutes before the FINAL starts to place your bet
- You will have to send a PM to [BOT]System with the command /bet [Nickname] [SilkAmount]
- If there was something wrong with the bet, you will get a PM back about it
- If the bet was placed correctly the bot will send you a confirmation PM
- Once the FINAL begins you won't be able to bet anymore
How to know the payouts?
- The payout will depend on how many silks are placed for [Party 1] and [Party 2]
- It will be automatically calculated once the final begins
- If there is a big difference between both players on betted silks the bot will refund all the bets
Rewards:

NEW Hunger Games
*Only real champions are allowed to participate in this event*
You will need a Hunger Games ticket to register to this event. You need to make a top 1 or top 2 in a PVP Tournament to have a ticket.
The event consist of being the last survivor!
- All the participants will be teleported with a full set +0 full blue but weapon.
- In your inventory you will find weapons, [1] speed drug, 100 potions and [2] 20% atk-def 15sec duration scrolls.
- For every enemy that you defeat, your set will enhance [+1] and you will get [20] potions of HP/MP/PILLS, 3 vigor grains, 500 arrows and [10] purification pills.
- At the start of the event there will be a Hunger Games Box in the middle of the city. This box will enhance your set [+2] and it contains [50] HP/MP/SPECIAL PILLS, 5 vigor grains, 10 purification pills, 500 arrows and [2] scrolls 20% atk-def (15 seconds duration).
- After 2 minutes of starting the event, [2] Hunger Games Boxes will spawn at random around the area.
- After 10 minutes of starting the event, another [2] Hunger Games Boxes will spawn randomly around the area.
- After 20 minutes of starting the event, another [2] Hunger Games Boxes will spawn randomly around the area.
- If there is no winner after 30 minutes a Hunger Games Boss will spawn in the center of the city, whoever kills this will win the event.
- Teams are forbidden, the punishment is a disqualification for the event

To prevent some bugs from happening and for the gameplay security, we have decided to add 1 minute cooldown and 10 minutes cooldown under job status to prevent unfair battles.

We've added 30 seconds cool down on globals to prevent the spam.
Bot commands
We have created a bot so you can check the schedule of events, manage your titles, check the brackets of the PVP tournament, check your score at trivia or bet at PVP Tournament final. The bot "[BOT]System" will recognize the following commands:
/schedule -> Will show the schedule of the current day's events
/mytitles -> Will show the titles you have acquired
/settitle <title_name> -> Will allow you to choose the title
/trivia -> Will show you how many points you scored
/bet [WinnerGuess] [SilkAmount] -> This is a betting system for the PvP Tournament Final. For further information visit daily events section
/adv -> The champion of Hunger Games will recieve an Advanced elixir [7 days], the way to check how many days remaining is by this command
