If you are having "Server undergoing inspection" error please make sure to download and extract this fix in your client's directory.
run it SapphireOnlineHotfix.exe as ADMINISTRATOR and wait until it says that client had been patched.

You are able to get novas by going to private instances such as "garden temple", each unique has 40% chance to drop nova or Hideout world, the boss drops 1 nova with a 100% chance, also you are able to get it by attending the daily jupiter spawn and killing the job uniques, that's pretty fair, however, we are doing a lot of boosts for newbies in the next patch so be patient
