I do understand you wanna get your $ from immortals mainly but add some more options for free2play users aswell

everyone will run around with som/sun and +6+7+8 is beyond hard on your server (probably we will need 20+ immortals for a +7)

i dont understand where these chests are droped. I understood the gold one are droped by yarkan and shaytan, but how about ruby and others? more details please.

They drop from all mobs just like normal items.
