Major lags are experienced and many dcs in the last 1 hour, now I cannot reach the login server.
Also, the spawn rates are so weird.
EDIT: I am unable to reconnect at all.

It is work for me. Anyway this can be a Hyperfilter issue.
About the spawn rate, where exactly there are no mobs?

Welcome to SoulStalker Online!
Beginner Titan Event!
Every 6 hours, 3x Tiger Girl Titan, 3x Uruchi Titan , 3x Isyutaru and 1x Lord Titan
will spawn on different spawnpoints, like the normal uniques.
Each Titan get his own spawn point. Hunt them and you will have a chance to get a Flag!
For Tiger Girl you can get a "Tiger Girl Hunting Flag", for Uruchi an "Uruchi Hunting Flag" etc.
