Looks great to be honest.
I actually went through all your post, and as long as cash coin are more hard to get Comparing to Arena coins and job coins, server will be good (Because if it's too easy to get cash coins, server will be full of wizards).

Our grand opening date is set on 17-03-2017 currently. But we want you to know that we keep our right to postpone the official
opening of the server if the beta duration is not enough for everything to be fixed, which is highly unlikely.
