5.)You never promote an already known user account that owns a guild (LOL)
6.)You never hire a management that can sit around and not answer peoples questions because of their own agenda.
7.)You make administration accounts specific to the cause not benefiting the individual.
8.)You audit any and all logs of all administrations teams actions over the last (7)days
9.)Understand that you host a game but your business is not a game, so do not hire people who look at it this way.
10.)Stop hiring people with 0 community management experience (This includes things past Silkroad GM experience) People who have a history of owning and developing projects.
So far I see is kids who get excited about wearing the title and not kids who are excited about developing a community. Anyways damage is done but I truly hope you keen yourself in on some very huge detrimental aspects of your business.

As much as I agree with you and think you are right...
We are talking about a private server here in a scene consumed by kids and people who don't think straight. i'd say 95% of the server owners dont have a degree in business management and don't know the basic do's and dont's.
This is nothing official, the server won't be around forever and people have always been promoting players to supporters on servers, it's not the way but they get promoted for 'knowing' the game/server.

I find this post to be very idiotic.
It's a SRO pServer, not a business.
Supporting is all about answering questions related to the game and the best ones to hire are the players. Supporters are normal players with NO special commands other than necessary ones to maintain order ingame.

That's sadly not how silkroad works. There is no such thing as building a community, the game isn't suitable for it. The only thing that can be done is milking out the server as much as possible.
You don't need a degree to optimise your income in silkroad, it's simple.
