The update has been completed but there are some issues with Hyperfilter Network, it keeps losing connections causing our server to go down.

We're re-routing all the customer servers, into new routers, with the updated firmware fix/adjustment done by the manufacturer, we will update you, once the whole operation is done. We're are changing the routing layout, due to a faulty firmware in HP Rack switches, which seems to be getting overwhelmed by special packets crafted towards our network, resulting in the firmware issues/errors.

This is starting to get annoying.. I've been playing for about 3 days and this downtime is just sad. Is this normal on this server or is this just an exception?

Read this message please:

Our hyperfilter dedicated keeps losing Network connection which causes the sudden downtime. We have already contacted them, they're not responding to our ticket and they're fixing it VERY slowly which is a huge PROBLEM for us..



You can check it above, we don't want to open until this issue has been entirely fixed. Please be patient, we're really anxious about this issue but we're doing all we can.

- Note: Our server has no issues, the whole problem is caused by Hyperfilter, even after 12 hours they still didn't fix it.

Edit ~

We will open the server now, in case of any other sudden downtime, we'll keep it offline until Hyperfilter has fixed it.

It is always a bad idea to push new updates like this in the weekend. New updates usually bring new problems.

Not really hahaha, it's just bad luck. Hyperfilter issue is spreading around, every private-server is having it (which uses hyperfilter)
